Sundance and Karen discuss
the sound of being
Sunday October 6th, 2024
What is
The Sound Of Being?
A transformational experience designed to expand one's state of being.
The Sound Of Being is a world class sound immersion intentionally curated to share sound, frequency and vibration as a powerful tool to shift and harmonize mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and energetic wellbeing.

Our bodies are wired for sound.

Attendees will experience mindfulness and how sound feels and interacts with the body. They will also learn how sound can be utilized to create a sense of presence and peace in your everyday life.

Can The Sound Of Being help me self-regulate my nervous system?
Yes. Therapeutic sounds can promote relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulating the vagus nerve and lowering stress hormones like cortisol.
A regulated nervous system allows us to:
-
calmly handle stressful situations
-
manage our emotional and mental state with ease
-
communicate efficiently while taking action under high loads of stress
-
experience long-term physical wellbeing while managing multiple priorities

Our intention.
To create an experience of a felt-sense of deep harmony within the mental, emotional, physical and energetic bodies, allowing one to move forward in the ability to access alternate states of being at will.

Join us ON STAGE at the Conexus Arts Centre!
